United Alliance: Urgent: Whistleblower Rami Ollaik Targeted by the Corrupt Deep State
The State Public Prosecutor, Jamal Hajjar, mobilizes the “Central Investigations Bureau” to prosecute Ollaik for “slander and defamation” following a complaint by lawyer Marc Habka while the Minister of Justice cancels a scheduled meeting with him!

The severe abuses against the Lebanese judiciary by its own members’ misuse to oppress whistleblowers rather than protect them are no longer surprising. This is despite the existence of the “Whistleblower Protection Law,” which appears to be nothing more than ink on paper.
What is surprising, however, is that these violations are occurring at the start of a presidential term that has pledged to uphold justice as the cornerstone of state institutions. Even more shocking is the passive stance of President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, who remain mere spectators to the atrocities committed by judges against the Lebanese people—judges who, in the name of the people, are persecuting whistleblowers instead of protecting them.
Meanwhile, Minister of Justice, Adel Nassar, refuses to intervene and has canceled a meeting with(maliciously disbarred) lawyer Rami Ollaik, who sought his assistance as a Lebanese citizen facing extreme judicial oppression. Ollaik’s personal safety is now at stake, especially following the dereliction of duty by prosecution judges such as Bilal Halawi, Farid Ajib and Fadi Aqiqi, and the refusal of Judge Zaher Hamadeh to put an end to the assaults committed by banker Nadim Al-Qassar and his associates against Ollaik. He even received yet another “harassing call” after filing a complaint against Hamadeh before the Judicial Inspection Authority and the Supreme Judicial Council—a complaint that, like many others, remains ignored, offering no deterrence to criminals and lawbreakers.
Tuesday, March 11, the Central Investigations Bureau summoned Ollaik at the request of the Public Prosecutor Jamal Hajjar, following a complaint filed by lawyer Marc Habka on behalf of evidently corrupt and indicted Lebanese figures including Riad Salameh, Jihad Al-Arab, and Nabil Al-Jisr, accusing Ollaik of “slander and defamation.”
Ollaik has placed these grave violations of the Constitution and the law in the hands of President Joseph Aoun, the Prime Minister, and the Minister of Justice. He holds them, along with all those responsible for protecting whistleblowers in Lebanon and internationally, accountable for his personal safety and the dangers he faces. He remains committed to upholding the law and refuses to back down in the face of the deep state corruption mafia that continues to destroy Lebanon and oppress its citizens and bank depositors.
Yes! The “state security,” which the Central Investigations Bureau is in charge of, is, ironically, at risk. The “public safety” that Judge Hajjar invoked to justify transferring a depositors’ case away from Judge Amani Salameh is, ironically indeed, in danger. But the “greatest risk” (for the corrupt) of all remains the very survival of whistleblowers!
